Rasha Moment is a studio reservation application used by customers to book photography or studio sessions, view booking details, receive notifications, and access session photos when available.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following information:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Email address, if provided
- Booking date and time
- Selected package and extras
- Booking status and payment or deposit status
- Notes related to the session
- Photo gallery links or session photo information
- App notification information
How We Use Information
We use the collected information to:
- Create and manage studio reservations
- Prevent double bookings
- Contact customers about booking status
- Send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates
- Allow customers to view their bookings and photos
- Allow studio admins to manage bookings, packages, prices, and schedules
- Improve the booking experience
Payments
The app may show booking costs and deposit information. If payment is made in cash, payment is handled outside the app by the studio. The app does not store credit card information.
Photos
The studio admin may add photo links or session photos related to a customer booking. Customers can view photos related to their own bookings only.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user personal data. User information may be processed using Firebase services provided by Google, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore Database, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and related services needed for app functionality.
Data Security
We use Firebase security rules and authentication to help protect user data. Access to customer bookings and photos is restricted to the relevant customer and authorized studio admins.
Data Retention
Booking information may be retained as long as needed for studio management, customer service, accounting, and business records. Users may contact the studio to request deletion or correction of their data.
Children
The app is intended for studio customers and is not directed to children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information, they may contact us.
User Rights
Users may request to review, correct, or delete their personal information by contacting the studio.
